RISE!

-  A light, fresh, energising and uplifting blend with warming spicy undertones. -

This blend has been created to energise and enliven the mind and lift the spirits whilst assisting our spiritual connection to ourself and others. A synergistic meeting of aromas to help lift us, support our personal growth together with our humanitarian connection. I began feeling the need for a revitalising aura mist towards the end of 2021 but the exact blend wasn’t clear at that time. I knew when the time was right, I would be inspired to bring together the synergistic mix that is the creation of Rise! 

I hope you find ‘Rise!’ beneficial to you and it helps to connect you with your inner joy and light! 

I have created this mix using pure essential oils of Frankincense, Geranium, Basil, Lemon, Bergamot and Ginger in Lemon Balm (Melissa) hydrolat.

Frankincense brings in a combination of fresh aroma and rich warmth.  A beautiful and precious oil that calms the nervous system and supports our journey by helping us to break free of the past and outdated habits that are no longer relevant.
It facilitates connection to source through the crown chakra, helping us to deepen our intuition and understanding of ourselves and others. 

Geranium to add a sweet floral, slightly citrus and spicy element to the blend.  Great for nervous exhaustion, conveying calm strength and security, easing frustration.  

Basil also has fresh but sweet and spicy undertones.  It’s is a fabulous nerve tonic and clears the head, relieving the tired mind giving it strength and clarity.  

Bergamot's sweet and fruity yet fresh and citrus aroma helps to uplift yet gently relax, encouraging us to let go.

Lemon brings lightness with its fresh inspiring aroma. The citrus elements are vital in this blend as they are so elevating and refreshing.  

Ginger was needed as the last component bringing warmth with its fresh woody-spicy aroma to complete the blend
to instil courage and confidence going forward. 

The hydrolat I have used is Lemon Balm (Melissa) for its soft creamy lemon aroma.

This aura spray is designed to uplift the mood and revitalise the mind and spirit, much needed after the winter months,  as well as the challenges of the last two years. To bring joy and clarity, confidence and courage to move forward in a positive and connected way. Great to use in the morning and anytime you need a boost!
